The Provider does not guarantee the availability and uninterrupted continuity of the website's operation and excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any liability for damages arising from a lack of availability or continuity of the service.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute relating to this website or the services offered on it, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, unless consumer protection legislation establishes another mandatory jurisdiction.
