Terms of Service for Price Recommendations (AI)

1. The recommendations are generated by an artificial intelligence system

Faro Pricing uses language models (generative AI) to analyse your property's data (prices, availability, bookings, market context) and to write a price or minimum stay recommendation. No person reviews the content of each individual recommendation before it reaches you on WhatsApp — the text you receive is generated automatically.

Like any AI system, it can misinterpret information or rely on incomplete or outdated data. The recommendations are always indicative: the final decision is yours.

2. No change is applied to your booking system without your explicit approval

Faro Pricing never changes the price or the minimum stay of your property in your PMS (Lodgify/Smoobu/Hostaway) unless you have specifically approved it, change by change, through the WhatsApp conversation (by replying "Sí" to the specific question we ask you). If you do not reply, or you reply "No", no change is made.

If you prefer to apply the changes manually yourself instead of having Faro Pricing write to your PMS, you can say so at any time — the service adapts to that preference.

3. Responsibility for the changes applied

The changes that Faro Pricing applies in your PMS are always the consequence of your explicit approval of a specific suggestion. Accordingly:

Faro Pricing is responsible for ensuring that the change written to your PMS (Lodgify/Smoobu/Hostaway) matches exactly the specific suggestion you approved — price and dates. If a technical error caused something different from what you approved to be applied, that is Faro Pricing's responsibility, not yours.

What Faro Pricing neither controls nor guarantees is the economic outcome of the decision: if the price or the minimum stay you approved turn out, in hindsight, not to have been the most advantageous for your property, that is a business decision of yours as the owner/manager of the property — Faro Pricing acts as a tool that supports your decision, not as the party that decides in your place. You can revert any change manually in your PMS at any time; Faro Pricing neither prevents nor restricts the manual management of your property.

None of the above excludes the liability of J&G Hostpro Tech SL for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, on the terms required by applicable Spanish law.
