1. Data Controller

J&G Hostpro Tech SL (hereinafter, “the Provider”), which owns the Faro Pricing service, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this platform.

• Full name
• Email address
• WhatsApp phone number
• Billing information (handled by Monei; we do not store card data)
• Data about your vacation rental properties obtained through the API of your PMS (Lodgify, Hostaway, Smoobu or others)

Your data may be disclosed to the following recipients where necessary for the provision of the service:

• Monei Technologies, S.L. — payment processing (Spanish company, no international data transfer).
• Mistral AI — generation of price recommendations (data hosted in the European Union).
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — sending messages through the WhatsApp Business API.
• Web hosting provider (servers in the European Union).

We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

5. Retention Period

We retain your data for the term of the contract. Once the relationship has ended, the data will be kept for the applicable legal periods (generally 5 years for billing data in accordance with tax regulations). Price recommendation data is kept for 2 years after the service is terminated.

6. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), you may exercise the following rights:

• Access: to find out what personal data we process about you.
• Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure (“right to be forgotten”): to request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
• Restriction of processing: to request that we temporarily suspend the use of your data.
• Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Objection: to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise these rights, send an email to dpo@faropricing.com attaching a copy of your identity document. We will reply within a maximum of one month.

7. Withdrawal of Consent

If you have given your consent to receive WhatsApp messages, you may withdraw it at any time from your customer portal or by sending an email to the address indicated above. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand.

8. Security

We have adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of your personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, as required by applicable law.

9. Supervisory Authority

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
