Data Deletion Instructions

Faro Pricing (faropricing.com), operated by J&G Hostpro Tech SL, uses Meta's WhatsApp Business API to send price recommendations to property owners who use the service. This page explains how to request the deletion of the personal data we process about you, as required by Meta for applications that integrate with its platforms.

1. What data we process

When you use Faro Pricing we process, among other data, your name, WhatsApp number, email address, and the details of your properties obtained through your property management system (PMS). You can find the full details in our Privacy Policy.

2. How to request deletion of your data

  1. Send an email to eliminacion-datos@faropricing.com with the subject line "Data deletion", stating the WhatsApp number and/or email address you use with the service.
  2. We will verify your identity as the data subject before processing the request.
  3. We will delete your personal data from our systems within a maximum of 30 calendar days, except for information we are legally required to retain (for example, billing data, for the period required by tax regulations).
  4. We will confirm by email once the process is complete.

3. If you only want to cancel your subscription

If you want to stop receiving the service but don't need us to delete your data, you can cancel your subscription at any time by sending the word "CANCELAR" (Spanish for "cancel") in the WhatsApp conversation with Faro Pricing — no minimum term or penalty, as described in our Terms and Conditions of Service.

4. More information about your rights

Data deletion is one of the rights granted to you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can review the other rights available to you (access, rectification, portability, etc.) in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
